Joyce Chen Liping is a Singaporean-born actress. Probably best known for her role as "Miss Ai-Yo-Yo" (哎哟哟老師) in the drama series Good Morning, Sir!, it earned her a "Most Unforgettable TV Character" Award for that role in Star Awards 2003. In the same year, she also took the Best Actress award for her role in Holland V. She was the sixth MediaCorp artiste to be awarded the All-Time Favourites Awards in the annual Star Awards after winning the Top 10 Most Popular Award ten times since 1994. Chen studied in Crescent Girls' School from 1978 to 1983. Chen is married to fellow actor Rayson Tan, and has a son named Xavier (born 2002). Her son is currently studying in Nanyang Primary School.
She won the Best Actress award for the second time in the Star Awards 2010 for her role in Reunion Dinner.[1]
